From permits for a remodel or tenant improves, to rezoning and land use, LJS Construction has managed projects in most of the cities and counties in California. We have built relationships with civil engineers, structural engineers, architects, city/county planners and supervisors so that we can advise you on how to streamline your project and shorten construction time.
